Job Description

Multidisciplinary Technical Integration: Lead and coordinate technical leads across Architecture, Civil & Structural (C&S), and Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) disciplines.
Consultant Coordination: Act as the primary technical interface and coordination point for design consultants.
Client Decision Facilitation: Organize technical meetings to support the main contractor in consolidating and finalizing key technical decisions with the client.
Construction-Oriented Coordination: Liaise with main contractors and subcontractors to ensure design deliverables align with construction methods and on-site implementation requirements.
Vendor Technical Integration: Review and consolidate technical submissions from vendors to ensure consistency with the overall design scheme.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant built environment disciplines.

Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale and complex construction projects.

Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary technical coordination (architecture, C&S, and MEP).

Strong understanding of design development processes, construction documentation, and technical standards.

Solid knowledge of construction methodologies and buildability considerations.

Experience in managing consultant coordination and acting as a key technical liaison with clients.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
