We are looking for a motivated Building Services Technician with 1–2 years’ experience in Revit and AutoCAD. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to live projects, develop technical skills, and gain exposure to a broad range of building types while working closely with the engineering teams.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for producing technical engineering deliverables, including BIM models, CAD drawings and project documentation, supporting the wider team in delivering high-quality, coordinated designs. A relevant qualification (HND, BEng or equivalent) and a solid understanding of building services principles, including a basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems, is essential.
You will also contribute to the development of Revit families, assist with clash detection and model coordination, and gain experience across complex and specialist building typologies. We are seeking a candidate with enthusiasm for sustainable design, low-carbon building solutions and energy-efficient systems, together with a willingness to develop knowledge of construction techniques, UK building regulations and environmental considerations.

- Produce Revit and CAD drawings and project deliverables, with guidance from senior engineers
- Develop and maintain Revit families and contribute to project templates
- Run clash detection and coordinate models across disciplines
- Assist in the preparation of schedules
- Attend internal project meetings and provide updates on model progress and coordination
- Apply principles of sustainable design, energy efficiency, and passive design in deliverables
- Support construction documentation and detailing, taking account of materials, systems, and UK building regulations
- Help maintain consistent standards and documentation across projects
