Senior Revit Technician

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revit Technician to deliver high-quality BIM models and technical documentation across medium to large-scale projects. The role involves close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure models comply with project requirements, BIM standards, and industry regulations.

• Produce and manage detailed Revit models and construction documentation
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools
• Manage Revit templates, families, shared parameters, and model setup
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve technical issues
• Support BIM audits, model health checks, and project handover deliverables (as-builts/COBie where required)

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
• Experience with Navisworks Manage or equivalent coordination tools
• Good knowledge of construction methods and building regulations
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time‑management skills
• Minimum 5 years Revit/BIM experience, including senior or lead technician responsibilities
