From £40,000 to £42,000 with a £270 per month travel allowance and annual bonus

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical bias Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering the West End area of London.

This engineer will be part of a team of engineers that will be covering commercial sites that include offices, hospitals, theatres etc.

The right person for this position will already have a strong building services maintenance background. They need experience in dealing with Plant room maintenance, AHU’s and Fan coils, Compliance checks, Basic plumbing, Electrical maintenance etc.

This is a foot mobile position. They will not be given an oyster card, but will be able to claim back up to £270.00 per month for travel expenses.

This engineer will not be put on the on call rota, however there will be a lot of opportunities for overtime.

• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
• Level 2 mechanical building services qualification is preferred
• Happy to travel into London via public transport
