Senior Product & Designer

We’re seeking a multidisciplinary designer who combines product/industrial design, mechanical & electrical design engineering, and digital experience design for large scale immersive environments. This role suits a creative technical thinker who can work seamlessly across physical and digital worlds.

• Design and develop physical products from concept through prototyping to production, including materials, ergonomics, and manufacturability.
• Support mechanical and electrical integration mechanisms, component layouts, basic wiring, lighting, sensors, and embedded tech.
• Create digital experiences for immersive installations, exhibitions, or events, collaborating with AV, UX, motion, and technical teams.
• Produce 3D models, drawings, renders, prototypes, and experience flows.
• Work closely with engineers, fabricators, suppliers, and creative teams to deliver integrated physical and digital solutions.

• Background in Product Design, Industrial Design, Design Engineering, or Experience Design.
• Mechanical/electrical awareness
• Digital/interactive or immersive experience work
• Proficiency in CAD and design tools (e.g., Solid Works, Fusion, Figma, Adobe CC).
• Experience in prototyping, fabrication processes, and working with suppliers.
• Understanding of immersive technologies (projection, LEDs, sensors, real‑time engines) is an advantage.
• Creative, hands‑on, and comfortable working across physical and digital domains.
• Strong communicator able to collaborate with engineers, creatives, and production partners.
• Problem solver with an iterative, prototyping mindset.
