• Strong electrical, mechanical and software (linux) skills with past experience of builds and prototyping.
• Deploy new systems & features across our data collection, feasibility and R&D fleets of robotics platforms.
• Maintain our fleet, ensuring all testing processes are documented and can be communicated.
• Analyse our robotics issues, make proposals for changes and ensure troubleshooting documentation is up to date.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and other cross functional teams to design, build and test new features/requests that come in and communicate them with our stakeholders.
• Be able to draw up and read system level engineering schematics.
• Ensure all labs, workshops and restricted areas are clean, tidy and pose no H&S risks to the individuals with access to those spaces.
• Work in our workshop, using the tools appropriately and ensure our internal laboratory processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions are consistent and meet compliance.

This is a full time on-site position working in a shift rotation.

• Background in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, Linux), or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in robotics maintenance in a start-up or faced paced environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and product development life cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in the Google Suite (docs, sheets)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in implementing new RCA data analysis.
