FPGA Engineer

A UK‑based product company is looking for an FPGA Engineer to take ownership of complex hardware development at the heart of their next‑generation vision systems.

This is a hands‑on design role where you’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement and verify high‑performance FPGA solutions across a diverse portfolio of products. The company combines long‑term customer partnerships with real engineering depth — giving you the opportunity to develop production‑grade designs with visible impact.

• End-to-end FPGA design using VHDL/System Verilog
• Implementing interfaces like PCIe, CoaXPress, MIPI, DDR4/5, Ethernet, QSFP
• Simulation, verification, and debugging using advanced test methods
• Supporting product development from prototype to release
• Collaborating with hardware, software, and production teams

• FPGA development experience (Xilinx, Intel, or Lattice)
• Confident in writing, verifying, and documenting FPGA‑based systems
• Solid understanding of digital hardware, PCB integration, and EMI/EMC practices
• Bonus:
  Imaging knowledge, Python/TCL scripting, or CI/CD experience
