I m Hiring: 💻 Desktop Engineer (E3) (Mid-Senior), London, 6 Month Contract | £300 a day | InsideIR

Onsite opportunity for a strong Desktop / Endpoint Engineer to join a global End User Computing environment in a hands on engineering focused role. This is not just support role! I m looking for someone who can engineer, automate, and optimise modern Windows platforms at enterprise scale.
Responsibilities- Engineer, automate, and optimise modern Windows platforms at enterprise scale within a global End User Computing environment.
- Contribute to engineering initiatives beyond pure support, including automation and optimisation efforts.
- Windows 11 engineering & OS lifecycle ownership
- Strong MECM (SCCM) – OSD, task sequences, patching & compliance
- Advanced Power Shell automation (clean, production-ready scripting)
- 3rd line troubleshooting across complex enterprise environments
- Experience in large/global environments preferred.
