The Quality Engineer defines, develops and implements the departments technical and scheduling objectives for all Ninja products globally from retail launch to end of life. You will relentlessly and successfully drive continuous high product quality and seek to deliver excellent customer experiences across our global business for Shark Ninja. You will work in close partnership with our Global Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and Customer Excellence teams to ensure flawless execution.

As the Quality Engineer, you will continuously deliver flawless product launches from production to retail launch to remanufacturing and end-of-life. Shark Ninja moves at a very fast pace, so your ability to lead and inspire Engineering and Customer Excellence teams to deliver 5‑star consumer experiences is critical. Your passion will show in both the product reliability and in the consumer experience.

This is a hybrid based role in our Battersea, London office, 3 days a week.

• Consistently deliver 5-star products and an overall high-quality consumer experience by executing all new product releases (in an increasingly diverse and complex Global roadmap) across the globe.
• Partner with cross functional peers as well as China engineering team to drive efficiencies in process and push for accountability.
• Critically analyse global customer feedback and engineering findings from multiple data streams and drive product improvements back into the market.
• Consistently work with the New Product Development teams to ensure key findings are addressed in the next cycle of product development.
• Work hand in hand with the Customer Excellence (Call Center) teams to translate mechanical findings into consumer-facing solutions.
• Clearly deliver product solutions and challenges to a multi-disciplinary team at the executive level and translate these into highly impactful projects.
• Challenge assumptions and think innovatively to solve complex problems.
• Hold cross-functional engagement sessions and encourage “new” thinking and ways to iteratively improve.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience with global market presence in product development and/or Quality.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, high impact environment.
• In depth knowledge of the product life-cycle.
• Proficient in Data Analysis using MS Excel, Minitab or related software.
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication.
