Since 2023, Anduril UK has experienced rapid growth, introducing world‑leading software‑first, hardware‑enabled systems to the UK Ministry of Defence and other government agencies. Our exemplar programme of Maritime Sentry Towers (MST), has been developed and delivered in close partnership with the UK government and sovereign British industry, fundamentally changing how border security and surveillance capabilities can be employed by UK authorities.

Additionally, Anduril UK has expanded its portfolio to include the ALTIUS‑600, a versatile autonomous aerial system, and Seabed Sentry, an advanced underwater surveillance platform. These systems, along with others, position Anduril UK to provide a broad range of software and software‑enabled hardware products to meet the UK's defence and security needs as outlined in the 2023 Integrated Review Refresh and Defence Command Paper.

World‑leading technology like MST, ALTIUS‑600, Seabed Sentry, and many of the other autonomous systems that will underpin the UK's technological future rely on modern C4 systems. These systems can integrate and fuse data across distributed systems, nodes, and networks to enable timely command decision‑making. Anduril's open architecture Lattice operating system is an AI‑powered software platform that transforms thousands of data streams into actionable information for operators at all levels.

Anduril is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Maneuver Dominance team at our London Office. The Maneuver Dominance (MD) Team at Anduril develops aerial robotic systems designed to operate in large coordinated teams in concert with ground manoeuvre forces. We leverage existing Anduril drone platforms like Ghost, Altius, or Roadrunner, in addition to bringing 3rd‑party platforms into Anduril’s Lattice ecosystem.

We develop perception and autonomy algorithms to solve some of the hardest problems facing our customers.

• Self‑starting and management of workload is essential.
• Development of payloads and subsystems (sensors, payload interfaces, power management, and networking).
• Design and develop electrical wiring and EWIS designs for different platforms including:
• Architecture design and definition from first principles.
• Creation of wiring diagrams and schematics and technical documentation.
• Harness design and definition using 3D toolsets and live vehicles.
• Test rig development.
• Build support and design validation.
• Fault finding, debugging, and fixing using all necessary tooling.
• Working closely with harness manufacturers.
• Working to existing design standards and processes whilst being able to adapt to novel technology and new applications.
• Work closely with other electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver fully functional products.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment supporting new developments and customer‑operated hardware.
• Conduct peer‑level and cross‑discipline design reviews.
• Conduct vehicle platform system design & analysis as required by your supported program or effort.
• Conduct design reviews, perform requirements analysis, and plan system verification to ensure compliance with project goals and industry standards.
• Work within a dynamic team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists throughout the life of product design, integration, and test effort.
