One of Londons leading Facilities Maintenance organisations are looking for an immediate Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their maintenance team. This will be shift work 4 on 4 off nights and days 12 hour shifts. This is an exciting opportunity with a clear progression path.

• Monthly and weekly PPMs
• Working with a BMS system
• Changing filters on AHUs
• Coil cleans on FCUs
• Chiller checks
• Boiler resets
• Fire alarm testing
• Electrical fault finding
• Emergency light testing
• Belt changes
• Steam Boiler
• LTHW
• Pipework

• Mechanical NVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 required
