Eram Talent, a specialist in talent acquisition within the Oil & Gas industry, is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Planning / Scheduling Engineer with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience to join their team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing project schedules for various Oil & Gas projects, ensuring that all timelines align with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.
If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities- Establish, monitor, and update comprehensive project schedules using advanced scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather essential data for schedule development.
- Analyze project performance metrics to identify schedule discrepancies and propose effective corrective measures.
- Generate detailed scheduling reports and deliver presentations to convey project timelines and status to stakeholders.
- Lead schedule-related discussions in project meetings to facilitate alignment among team members.
- Implement best practices for project planning and scheduling to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the Oil & Gas sector, specifically with PMC experience.
- Proficiency in scheduling software applications such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex scheduling data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
