Hours of Work: full time
As an EHSS Advisor, your role is to lead and promote safety, health, environmental, and sustainability standards across our site. You will conduct routine audits, monitor compliance, and work closely with management and staff to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include managing statutory audits, incident investigations, training implementation, and ensuring all EHSS activities are logged and escalated appropriately.
EHSS Advisor Requirements:
 
* Previous experience in an EHSS advisor role within manufacturing or engineering sectors
 
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
 
* Strong knowledge of EHSS legislation, regulations, and best practices
 
* Experience in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations
 
* NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) and relevant EHSS qualifications - TechIOSH
