- Lead BIM/Revit modelling and coordination across multi-sector MEP projects.
- Manage creation and auditing of 2D CAD drawings and 3D models.
- Develop and maintain BIM libraries, templates, and standards aligned with AEC protocols.
- Drive collaboration with internal and external design teams; attend client meetings and presentations.
- Produce high-quality visuals, renderings, and fly-through animations.
- Train and mentor teams on BIM standards and latest software developments.
- Strong expertise in Revit MEP
, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360. - Minimum 5 years’ Revit project experience in the UK; proven BIM execution plan delivery.
- Knowledge of MEP systems coordination and construction standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- 23–28 days annual leave, pension, healthcare, bonus scheme.
