Role Overview

A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Revit Technician to support the production of high-quality structural models and drawings. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and project teams to assist across all stages of design and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage accurate 3D structural models using Autodesk Revit for a range of building projects
  • Produce detailed drawings and schedules in accordance with UK Standards and project requirements
  • Work collaboratively with structural engineers to ensure models align with design intent and technical specifications
  • Coordinate with architects and other consultants to integrate models and resolve clashes

    Support the maintenance of BIM standards and contribute to workflow improvements
  • Assist with documentation for planning, tender, and construction stages
Requirements

Essential:

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with at least 2 years' experience in a structural environment
  • Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Desirable:

  • Experience using BIM coordination tools
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant software
  • Familiarity with BS EN standards and BIM Level 2 requirements
