• Preparing lighting and electrical designs using Dialux or Trimble Predesign
• Preparing feasibility reports and equipment schedules
• Carrying out site surveys on existing buildings and producing condition or dilapidation reports
• Managing your own time to ensure projects remain profitable
• Helping with fee proposals and negotiation of appointments with the client (for approval by the director)
• Actively participating in the development of individual team members, including advancement/succession planning

• 5+ years' experience as an Electrical Design Engineer, within Building Services
• Able to use AutoCAD or Revit, and Electrical
  
  OM or Trimble Pro Design
• Previous residential, education, healthcare, industrial, or listed buildings experience
