Senior Technical Asset Manager

Overview

An international renewable energy organisation is expanding its technical team and seeking a Senior Technical Asset Manager to oversee the operational phase of solar PV, wind and energy‑storage projects. The role also supports earlier project stages and helps develop the Technical Asset Management function.

A long‑established international investor in infrastructure and renewable energy, operating across multiple regions with a focus on delivering high‑quality, future‑proof assets. Its renewables and PPP division manages a global portfolio and centralises all assets under a dedicated headquarters.

• Lead operational HSE management.
• Monitor and improve asset performance, including KPIs, O&M planning and contract management.
• Analyse SCADA data and manage corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Manage technical and commercial compliance.
• Oversee PAC, FAC and end‑of‑warranty activities.
• Lead RCA investigations and warranty claims.
• Develop TAM processes and support knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with engineering, PMO, construction, development and financial teams.
• Provide technical input during due diligence, equipment selection and grid connection processes.

• 6+ years’ experience in technical asset management for grid‑scale solar PV.
• Strong HSE background, including HV access.
• Expertise in SCADA analysis and O&M contract management.
• Experience in BESS operations (advantageous).
• Understanding of PAC/FAC and asset performance management.

• Experience in onshore wind asset management.
