Are you a driven Structural Engineer looking for a great opportunity with an up-and-coming firm?

Our client is a growing structural and civil engineering consultancy delivering high-quality engineering solutions across the residential and commercial sectors. Their work spans private homes through to mid and high-rise buildings to £5M+.

As part of their continued growth, they are expanding their technical team to meet the evolving demands of the Building Safety Act, with a particular focus on High-Risk Buildings.

To deliver this requirement they are seeking a structural engineer who is working towards Chartership and can bring drive and ambition to the team.

About you:

Strong experience designing mid and high-rise buildings in a variety of materials

Experience of inspecting and assessing existing buildings
Motivated by technical excellence and meaningful reporting
Able to have a strong influence within ambitious team
Strong technical skills across concrete, steel, masonry, and timber
Proficient in structural inspections, assessments, and report writing
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and remotely
Effective communicator, able to represent the company professionally on site and with clients

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to structural reporting for HRBs under the Building Safety Act
Undertake inspections and condition assessments of existing structures
Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to gather information and deliver technical outputs
