CAD Technician
Location:
Bromley, London
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000
Industry: Mechanical Engineering
An opportunity has opened for a CAD Technician to join a manufacturing company based in Bromley in London. The ideal candidate will have experience as a CAD Designer / Draughtsperson / Technician or similar and will have experience of 3D Design in Solidworks. You will also have experience of working with sheet metal.
Key Skills- Experience working as a CAD Technician / Draughtsperson / Designer or similar
- Experience of 3D Design
- Solidworks experience
- Background working with sheet metal ideally
- Mechanical Engineering knowledge would be a bonus
- Working with a team of engineers and designers creating CAD drawings
- Working on 2D and 3D Designs primarily using Solidworks
- Interpreting technical drawings and making amendments
- Creating various sheet metal and steel products
- Liaising with manufacturing to ensure builds are accurate
- Documenting any changes you ve made
