Responsibilities
- to assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM coordination meetings
- adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirement
- leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
- assist in updating BIM standard and template for project
- familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines
- Specialist Diploma in BIM/VDC preferred
- Minimum 2 years working experience in building construction (Architecture), Singapore
- Knowledge of authorities' requirements and overall project process
- Good communication skills
