M&E Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £60,000 + Package
Location: London
Region: London
My client is one of the UK’s leading M&E contractors who have a number of ongoing projects across London.
They currently are in need of a M&E Quantity Surveyor for various projects based in the London areas.
p>The successful applicant will ideally have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and have a substantial amount of experience working for Sub Contractors and/or client facing with Main Contractors.You will need to demonstrate the abilities below in a practical manner.
- Work with sole responsibility and self-motivation on single or multi projects and be responsible for the project commercial performance in conjunction with the project manager.
- Work and adapt to varying Project Managers.
- Establish entitlement / substantiation and submit external variations.
- Prepare subcontract orders and manage in line with project requirement.
- Ensure debtor days are kept to a minimum.
- Prepare and submit internal contract reviews including internal costs rationalisation.
