Location: North West London

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Engineering Shift Team Leader to support day-to-day engineering operations at our Tewkesbury site. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide and support a team of Engineers, ensuring the smooth running of production and distribution activities across a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Tewkesbury Salary: £20.51 £ 21.51 per hour DOE, plus overtime at 1.25 hourly rate above 40 hours

Hours:

40 per week Shift Pattern:
Week 1:
Monday Friday, 06:0013:45, plus Saturday (06:00finish) Week 2:

Key Responsibilities Support the Engineering Manager in achieving departmental objectives Lead, supervise, and mentor Engineers, ensuring effective use of team skills Plan, coordinate, and deliver preventative maintenance schedules Diagnose, repair, and test electrical and mechanical equipment Lead fault-finding and resolution on high-speed automated machinery Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance paperwork Provide guidance and support to Apprentices where required Deputise for the Engineering Manager and provide cover for Engineers when needed Participate in the engineering call-out rota for equipment breakdowns Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
