Water Treatment Engineer - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile - High End Residential Buildings - London (Up to £55,000)

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Water Treatment Engineer to be based across a commercial high‑end residential contract in London covering seven sites, the majority of these sites are in the Canary Wharf area and one in South West London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in water treatment ideally with some plumbing experience.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000, overtime and further training.

• Up to £55,000
• £160 a month travel allowance
• Overtime available
• Monday to Friday 08:00 am - 17:00 pm
• Travel paid between sites

• Domestic samples
• Closed system samples
• BCW tank clean and disinfections
• Sample remedial action
• Disinfecting mains water pipes and hot & cold water systems when the need arises
• Working with chemicals such as chemical dosing
• Surveys on hot and cold water systems
• Basic Plumbing
• Repairing pipework and leaks
• Small plumbing jobs such as dead leg removal
• Carry out general building maintenance

• City and Guilds in Plumbing
• City and Guilds in Water Treatment
• City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems
• Demonstrate previous experience in water system remediation/maintenance works
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material
• Fully trained and knowledge
