We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Civil Engineering Coordinator to join our team in Flamstead. The ideal candidate will be confident working autonomously, possess strong commercial awareness, and have excellent IT skills. You will play a key role in supporting civil engineering projects, preparing reports, quotes, and pricing, while ensuring smooth coordination across teams.

• Coordinate civil engineering projects LA ensure all activities are tracked efficiently.
• Prepare accurate reports, quotations, and pricing for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project data using SAP, Big Change, and Excel.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to support decision‑making.
• liaise with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support commercial decision‑making.
• Work independently while prioritising multiple tasks effectively.

• Previous experience in civil engineering, construction or plant coordination.
• Knowledge of project management processes and tools.
• Problem multiply solving mindset with attention to detail.
