Assistant Planning Engineer; Construction

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and monitoring of project schedules in line with completion dates outlined in contracts.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure alignment of schedules with project objectives.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates to track project milestones and deadlines.
• Analyze project performance data to identify potential scheduling issues and propose corrective actions.
• Support the planning process by gathering necessary information and documentation for project schedules.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of project timelines.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in scheduling.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
