MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
STATIC HOSPITAL

£42,000 + Overtime | Monday–Friday | No Call-Out | No Travel

We are recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on a single, static hospital site in Hammersmith.

This role focuses on PPM and reactive maintenance within a critical healthcare مما environment and offers long-term stability, structure and development.

• Salary up to £42,000 plus overtime

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (days only)

• Static hospital site – no travel, no van

• No call-out or shift rota

• Long-term, stable contract

• Training and upskilling (including healthcare compliance)

• Supportive, site-based engineering team

• 기의 planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive / remedial works

• Mechanical fault-finding, servicing and repairs

• Working on:

  • AHUs

  • LTHW / MTHW systems

  • Pumps, valves and FCUs

  • Calorifiers and plate heat exchangers (PHEs)

• Supporting compliance, permits and safety within a live hospital environment

• Delivering work to a high standard while maintaining strong client relationships

• NVQ / C&G Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical or Building Services ( deduct equal experience)

• Experience in mechanical building services, FM or estates maintenance

• Confident carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance

• Hospital or healthcare experience beneficial but not essential

Engineers with senior or lead experience may also be considered for a higher-level role on site.
