Senior Mechanical Engineer​/Assistant Mechanical Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and site personnel in the planning, execution, and completion of ACMV projects.
• Design ACMV systems for new construction and renovation projects.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of ACMV systems to ensure proper implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with ACMV systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including relevant authorities, subcontractors, and on-site workers, to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation of progress payment claims and variation orders as required.
• Analyze, manage, and track project costs against the budget to ensure financial adherence.
• Stay updated on the latest ACMV technologies and industry best practices.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems for building projects.
