This is a founding role.

You’d be joining at a moment where:

Your work will define the system that scales.

• A modular, event-driven platform that augments, overlays, consolidates and eventually replaces legacy systems
• API-first, composable architecture built for real-world complexity

• Infrastructure that compounds every club makes the product stronger

This is a 2026-style post-LLM execution play: modern stack, sharp scope & velocity whilst being obsessed with the real users.

• Technical architecture and core system design
• Backend systems, data models, reliability, and integrations
• Close collaboration on product shape — not just implementation
• The long-term technical standard: simplicity, extensibility, and taste

You don’t need to be a frontend specialist, but you do need strong product instincts with great taste.

• Strong systems thinker with real-world engineering experience
• Comfortable with scalable, event-driven systems
• Founder mentality: ownership, judgement, and curiosity
• Genuine interest in golf and sport

• Infrastructure or platform engineering
• Engineer leadership ar high-growth consumer tech startups
• Modern SaaS or developer tools
• Sports, hardware, or data-rich systems

This role is intentionally flexible for a full-time co-founder or a phased involvement transitioning to full-time
