I am working with an established M&E building services contractor, who provide technical support to the commercial building maintenance sector, to hire a Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their highly skilled mobile team covering London and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable and motivated engineer looking to develop their skills within a reputable business that works across a variety of commercial contracts.

The Role:

As a Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer, your duties will include:

Emergency lighting testing and compliance
Power circuit installation and modifications
Controls and BMS-related works
Electrical fault finding and diagnostics
Planned and reactive maintenance inspections
Service and installation work across commercial sites

To be considered for this role, you will need:

Minimum Level 3 electrical qualification (NVQ/C&G)
Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and building services systems
A broad understanding of building services, including mechanical systems
A full UK driving license.

The successful Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer will be on up to £45,000, depending on experience + van + fuel card + pension + 28 days holiday, including bank holidays + package.
