As the first talent hire, you will treat recruitment as an engineering challenge to scale a high-performance team. You will build automation tools and systems to identify elite technical talent, streamline the candidate experience, and empower hiring managers with data-driven workflows. This role is pivotal in accelerating access to next-generation healthcare technology.

What you will do:

• Develop advanced systems and LLM-powered tools to identify and attract world-class technical talent

• Build automation that ensures a seamless, high-quality experience for active candidates

• Create and maintain strategic networks of mission-aligned individuals to support future organizational growth

The ideal candidate:

• Has 1–4 years of experience in an ambitious environment with a strong engineering mindset

• Possesses technical proficiency in building products, hacking tools, or using software to solve problems

• Exhibits exceptional communication skills aligned with MECE principles and intuitive social intelligence
