Salary : £50,000 – £56,000 + package

We are recruiting an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a leading building services provider. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong background in pipework installation and mechanical maintenance across commercial environments.

You’ll carry out a variety of mechanical PPMs, reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and remedial works across multiple sites. After an initial onboarding period, you’ll join a 1-in-4 call‑out rota.

• Mechanical PPM servicing
• Air dirt separator servicing
• Strainer removal, cleaning & reassembly
• Valve exercising
• Vessel draining & flushing
• Plate heat exchanger flushing
• Mechanical fault finding & plant resets during service losses
• Completing reports and compliance documentation

• Mechanical engineer with strong pipework installation experience
• Solid background in building services plant
• Confident with fault finding and resolving mechanical issues
• Able to work independently across commercial sites
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and reporting skills

Salary between £50k–£56k, based on experience

Long‑term, stable position with a busy workload
