Our client is a global leader in the maintenance, service & repair to a wide range of engines. With a global footprint in over a dozen countries from the EU to an International stage they are now looking to expand their team with a New Service Co-ordinator to support their operations on a local and European level.

The ideal applicant will have current service coordinator / controller experience scheduling engineers for maintenance, service or repair work.

• Assign work to engineers throughout the UK and EU
• Liaise with subcontractors
• Deal with clients on a daily basis
• Multitask and prioritise jobs accordingly
• Work closely with inventory teams to ensure parts are available
• Ability to recognise patterns in warranty work
• Liaise with travel agents to book engineer flights, hotels and transport

• Service Controller / Coordinator / Scheduler background
• Experience scheduling engineer's diaries
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Good computer literacy
• Attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication across all levels
• Ability to work well within a team

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5pm (on call 1 week per month)
