A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Technical Author to join a well-established organisation within the vehicle manufacturing and technology sector. This role would suit someone with a technical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in engineering or emerging automotive technologies. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Preparing detailed documentation including component lists, product data and user guides.
• Gathering and organising technical specifications for a wide range of products.
• Creating and updating 2D and 3D drawings in line with internal standards.
• Supporting the engineering change process, including document updates and version control.
• Assisting colleagues with technical queries and documentation requests.
• Maintaining accurate product information within internal databases.
• Liaising with suppliers when technical information or clarification is required.
• Working closely with development teams to produce high-quality support material.
• Participating in project meetings and wider engineering activities where required.
