About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced M&E Estimator to join a dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to play a key role in the pricing and tendering of mechanical and electrical packages across a variety of commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for M&E works from tender documents, specifications, and drawings.

* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing.

* Attend site visits and tender meetings as required.

* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure estimates align with project requirements.

* Assist with value engineering and cost control strategies.

* Prepare and present bid proposals in line with deadlines.

* Maintain and develop a strong knowledge of the latest M&E materials, systems, and industry trends.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in M&E estimating within the construction industry.

* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and installation practices.

* Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Trimble, Estimation, Con Quest, etc.).

* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

* Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (desirable but not essential).
