Lead Engineer – Reference Data & Security Master

World Quant is seeking a Lead Engineer to lead our firmwide reference data and security master products. This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving innovation, scalability, and excellence in our reference data solutions.

• Strategic Leadership:
  Partner with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable reference data and Sec Master solutions that align with business requirements and strategic goals.
• Architectural Oversight:
  Collaborate with and lead our engineering team to define and implement a robust platform architecture that supports the firm’s growth and scalability objectives.
• Customer‑Centric Approach:
  Lead all business initiatives and provide global support to internal customers for all reference data offerings, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with their needs.
• Agile Processes:
  Drive and participate in Agile frameworks, continuously improving and expanding platform capabilities to adapt to dynamic business requirements.

• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on reference data and Sec Master solutions.
• Leadership:
  Proven ability to act as a business and technical thought leader, sharing best practices and driving innovation.
• Project Ownership:
  Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
