This is an opportunity to join a fast–growing London office that’s already made a serious mark. In just 18 months, the team has grown to 16 people, creating a close–knit, ambitious environment where everyone genuinely matters.

They’re looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer who wants more than just a job title – someone who wants real influence, greater responsibility, and the chance to help shape how projects are delivered from day one.

In a smaller, growing team, engineers don’t get lost in the crowd. Instead, they’re trusted, listened to, and given the space to lead alongside experienced senior engineers. You’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from early concept and client engagement through to delivery and handover – with visibility and ownership that’s hard to find in larger, more rigid consultancies.
