Mechanical Technical Services Lead for a major commercial development in King's Cross. This Mechanical-biased Lead role is a hands‑on management position overseeing a small mechanical engineering team.
The Role - Technical Lead- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
- Leading 4 Mechanical Engineers
- Overseeing mechanical maintenance and plant performance
- Supporting budgets, PPM strategies and continuous improvement
- Managing contractors and coordinating specialist works
- Acting as the mechanical point of escalation on site
- Mechanical background with leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience managing engineers in a commercial environment
- Strong understanding of HVAC and building services systems
- Confident communicator with a collaborative management style
- Able to balance hands‑on support with team leadership
- Salary £57,000
- 25 days annual leave
