BMS Bureau Engineer

Be the calm, analytical voice behind the screens as a BMS Bureau Engineer in central London (£40k–£45k + on-call). You’ll use Trend and Tridium/Niagara to spot faults early, tune setpoints and time schedules, and turn data into energy savings across commercial estates. Most days are bureau-based with occasional London site visits; shifts are flexible eight‑hour windows between 07:00–19:00, and travel for site work is covered.

You’ll be trusted to make safe, well‑documented changes, see your impact in live KPIs, and grow your optimisation and client communication skills. Must have Trend, Tridium/Niagara, bureau/remote experience, strong HVAC controls knowledge, UK RTW and ability to obtain DBS.
