Are you a Mechanical Project Engineer looking to step up into a high end project in Central London? We're working with one of the UK's leading Tier 1 MEP subcontractor, who are delivering a major commercial scheme in Central London – and they're looking to grow their team with a strong Mechanical Project Engineer.

This is a business renowned for delivering technically complex projects across the commercial, healthcare, and data centre sectors. You'll be joining a high‑performing team on one of the largest builds currently underway in the capital.

As Mechanical Project Engineer, you'll be working closely with the Project Manager to ensure the mechanical package is delivered to the highest standard. Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing installation of HVAC systems and plant rooms
• Reviewing technical submittals and drawings
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating with other trades
• Ensuring quality control and H&S compliance on site
• Progress reporting and supporting commissioning phases

• A background working with leading M&E or building services contractors
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer on major commercial or mixed‑use projects
• HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge and the confidence to coordinate with design teams and subcontractors
• A proactive and solutions‑driven mindset
