Access Talent Group are currently recruiting for a medium-sized, multidiscipline design consultancy who are looking for a Civil Engineer to come and work with a 7 strong Infrastructure team. This is a great role for an engineer with 3‑ or 5‑years Infrastructure experience to develop their skills working on large projects within a medium sized consultancy.

This consultancy is looking for an Engineer with 3 or 5 years’ experience to become part of an established team supporting the development of the infrastructure sector. You will have great understanding of most drainage designs and road design software. This consultancy works with some top clients and can provide a wide project portfolio for engineers looking to gain as much experience as they can.

They work on a mixture of residential, commercial and industrial projects with a variety of clients. They can offer key areas of development and have objectives to progress you technically. They are growing their Infrastructure teams across the business and have an excellent staff retention percentage with a health bonus scheme. This is a consultancy that has a great internal progression scheme and with great performance comes great results.

Key points:

• 3 or 5 year UK experience with some desired experience of leading a team
• Understanding of DM
• Understanding of sections 278, 38, 104, 106 and 184
• Experience and ability to use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microdrainage or Causeway Flow
• Conceptual drainage schemes
• Some knowledge of flood risk assessments
• Driven to work towards CEng (MICE, or CIWEM) status or already have it
