As the first senior engineering leader, you will establish the technical architecture and lead delivery for an AI-driven mortgage origination platform. You will be a hands‑on contributor while setting strategy, building the engineering team, and ensuring enterprise‑grade security. Partnering with founders, you'll drive product innovation and navigate complex fintech compliance.

• Lead the technical foundation of an AI‑first platform from the ground up as the first senior hire.

• Scale production AI systems including LLM frameworks, agent evaluation harnesses, and retrieval mechanisms.

• Build technical foundations for SOC 2 compliance, security operations, and enterprise‑grade data governance.

• Proven track record leading engineering at an early‑stage or high‑growth startup environment.

• Deep expertise in data modeling, security/compliance (SOC
  2), and product ionizing AI/LLM workloads.

• Exceptional hands‑on coding skills combined with the ability to mentor engineers and set technical standards.
