Field Service Engineer - Electro-Mechanical

We're on the lookout for a Service Engineer to join a well-established, specialist engineering team providing technical support and servicing innovative security and access solutions.

• Diagnose, service, and repair a range of bespoke electro-mechanical systems.
• Deliver exceptional technical support with a strong focus on quality workmanship.
• Work closely with senior engineers during your first month to get fully up to speed.
• Manage your van stock, tools, and equipment responsibly.
• Complete all necessary documentation and comply with Health & Safety and cyber security protocols.
• Travel to client sites.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach with customers at all times.

• Solid experience in an electro-mechanical role ideally within Security and Access systems.
• Strong fault-finding and relay systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, methodical, and a self-starter.
• Competent IT user and good geographical knowledge.

• 38,000 salary depending on experience
