Role descriptionOur Graduate GROW programme is a structured 3‑year journey designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional. You’ll benefit from training, mentoring, and support for relevant accreditations. As part of GROW, you’ll specialise in your chosen discipline and be exposed to a variety of experiences to build technical expertise.
Role accountabilitiesWork within the Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation team on UK and international projects across diverse industrial sectors. Design electrical distribution, motor control, instrumentation and automation systems, integrating sustainability and energy‑efficient solutions.
Accepted degreesBEng or MEng Electrical Engineering (preferred). Masters degrees with electrical elements (e.g., combined electrical & mechanical, electronics & electrical) are also considered.
Qualifications & Experience- Graduating in 2026 or recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrate Arcadian skills: resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills; able to influence and consult stakeholders using technical knowledge.
- Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working embraced when possible).
