業務内容- Linux/Windows サーバー、ネットワークスイッチ、ファイアウォールの運用・保守・トラブルシューティング
- ユーザー管理業務（アカウント管理、グループ管理など）
- ロンドン近郊のデータセンターにて、ハードウェアベンダーによるサーバーやネットワーク機器の設置作業の立ち会い
- ユーザーサポート、問題のトラブルシューティング、ハードウェア／ソフトウェアベンダーへの問い合わせ
- 運用手順書の作成、マニュアル作成、ユーザー向け告知、社内アプリケーション関連の文書化
- 実装・テストを含むプロジェクト業務、およびスクリプト、ドキュメント、パラメータシート、テスト計画書など関連リソースの作成
- マネージャーから割り当てられるその他の臨時業務
- Linux サーバー（Red Hat）の管理経験（アカウント、グループ管理、パフォーマンス、プロセス管理など）
- 一般的なネットワーク技術やプロトコルの理解
- ドキュメント作成スキル
- ビジネスレベルの日本語及び英語
- Windows サーバー管理経験
- IA サーバーハードウェアのトラブルシューティングスキル
- Net App、VMware の管理経験
- シェルスクリプトの知識
- 業務効率化のための運用自動化スキル
- メンバーマネジメントの経験
