Purobuild have partnered with a leading national multi-disciplinary consultancy to assist in their search for a skilled Associate Sustainability Consultant to join their team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the Building Performance team and working collaboratively with neighbouring teams.

• Act as the lead for the Building Performance team
• Provide expert advice on sustainability strategies for various projects.
• Conduct building performance simulations using IES-VE software.
• Perform life cycle assessments using One Click LCA tool.
• Develop Passivhaus designs to enhance energy efficiency.
• Apply TM52 and TM54 methodologies for overheating assessments and operational energy analysis.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate sustainable solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate sustainability findings and recommendations.

• Proven experience in sustainability consulting within the built environment.
• Proficiency in IES-VE and One Click LCA software.
• Strong knowledge of Passivhaus design principles.
• Familiarity with TM52 and TM54 methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

• Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in sustainability or energy efficiency are desirable
