Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £50,000
Shift: Days, Monday - Friday

A fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a large industrial factory. The role focuses on fault‑finding, maintenance, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated, safety‑critical environment.
KeySkills and Qualifications
- Electrical Qualification Level 3
- Experience with motors, VFDs, contractors, relays, sensors, and fault finding
- Knowledge of PLCs – highly desired
- Background in heavy industrial, utilities, or process plants
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems
- Troubleshoot electro‑mechanical systems
- Maintain and update documentation
- Support plant upgrades, shutdowns, and new installations
- Collaborate closely with engineers and operations teams to resolve issues
