Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to collaborate on a significant utility project located in the London Docklands. This role involves working on a high-voltage (HV) energy project, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in NEC4 contracts and utility project delivery.

• Manage and control all aspects of contractual and financial management for the project.
• Oversee procurement processes and manage the supply chain effectively.
• Prepare and manage cost value reconciliations (CVRs).
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on project financials.
• Implement change control procedures and manage variations.
• Work collaboratively with contractors to ensure project delivery.
• Conduct site visits 2-3 days a week as required by the project schedule.

• Experience with NEC4 contract management.
• Post Contractual knowledge.
• Familiarity with high-voltage (HV) energy projects.
• Understanding of contractor side delivery including supply chain management and procurement.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing cost value reconciliations (CVRs).
• Excellent reporting and financial management skills.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Capability to work on-site in London Docklands for 2-3 days per week.

• Pay up to £70,000 per annum
