As part of their next phase of growth, they’re looking for a hands‑on Tech Lead / Principal / Staff Engineer to guide engineering squads while still being deeply involved in technical delivery. You’ll play a key part in shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices across the platform.

• Kotlin (or strong
  Java engineers willing to transition)
• AWS or other major cloud platforms
• Event-driven & microservices architectures
• Working in modern, product-driven tech environments
• Leading teams while remaining technically hands‑on
