Join a new London office of an internationally respected design consultancy. Help build our London division by leading a senior structural team, driving business development, and ensuring high‑quality project delivery. You will play an instrumental role in expanding the office to a 30‑person team over the next few years, leveraging both international projects and emerging London opportunities.
Are you an experienced buildings design engineer who is brave, ambitious and keen for something different? Can you win business?
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit and mentor senior structural engineers.
- Lead project delivery and maintain technical excellence.
- Drive business development and win new projects.
- Collaborate across the firm’s global network to secure opportunities for London-based staff.
Qualifications and experience:
- MICE or MIStruct
E qualified. - Strong technical background in buildings design.
- Excellent project management and business development skills.
- Experience in a leadership role with a target of building a team of up to 30.
Additional requirements:
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Proven ability to work with international clients and integrate London projects into the global pipeline.
