About The Role
Develop and refine AI agent's core intelligence for financial models, manage LLM lifecycle, enhance model performance, and become a technical leader.

• Improving the core AI agent by building better tools, representations, feedback loops.
• New agentic architectures, context engineering, evaluations, optimization.
• Applying techniques like SFT and reinforcement learning to push reliability and precision to new levels.
• Long-term, we want you to become a technical leader in our company, owning our core AI systems, leading people, and building the team.
